Tips and tricks on empowering positive feelings through your body
Dr. Claudia Croos-Müller, specialist in neurology, neurological medicine and psychotherapy, certified EMDR therapist and trauma therapist, developed the Body2Brain method from her profound knowledge. These are easily learnable physical exercises that immediately lead to noticeable emotional regulation and stabilisation, because body, brain and feelings are interconnected. Fear and palpitations, for example, often prevent you from thinking clearly, because there is a close connection between fear and memory. Through the body exercises, however, you can influence anxiety, panic, palpitations, lack of self-confidence and all other annoying side effects.
