The project aims to embed gender equality deeply into our workplace, ensuring it shapes how we operate. We plan to educate our team on gender issues, fostering a culture that values everyone's contribution equally. Through ongoing training and awareness efforts, we're committed to maintaining an environment where inclusivity is a constant priority, ensuring
these values endure well into the future. This project is to make gender equality a key part of our work culture, train our staff.
Our activities will include curriculum evaluation and expert consensus, analysis of best practices in teaching and learning, training workshops for faculty and librarians, development of gender-sensitive educational materials on gender perspective and inclusive communication, student engagement activities, collaboration and networking events, and engagement with
stakeholders and gender equality experts to foster an inclusive workplace. Monitoring progress ensures a lasting impact.
Our main results will be increased awareness and understanding among students, faculty, and librarians, to enhance gender sensitivity in the curriculum, improved policies and practices, strengthened competencies, active student engagement, and sustainable change. We expect to achieve a more inclusive workplace culture, enhanced gender sensitivity and equality among staff, improved gender balance in decision-making, and stronger policies supporting equality.
