This year a multi-dimensional interdisciplinary collaboration within the Project Management course of the School of Management started. FH Prof. Dr. Stefan Nungesser (HOMA) initiated the connection of Hotel Management and Intercultural Management programs, bringing in international expert, certified management consultant Mag. Maria Radinger from https://guterstil.at/. Within this new project -  Intercultural Dimension of Housekeeping - she works with Intercultural Management students on the practical handbook devoted to managing international teams in the field of housekeeping in hotels. Through this experiential project, our international student team (South Africa, Slovakia, France) will connect the global housekeeping expertise of international hotel networks to the local needs of hotels in Carinthia.
