Students are required to complete a compulsory internship, which is done in partnership with companies and institutions around the world as part of the @CUAS internationalization strategy.
This year was truly international. Supported by ICM coordinator of internships and program co-leader Dr. Colin Heller students completed internships in six different countries: Germany (Berlin, Munich), Italy (Turin), Austria (Vienna, Klagenfurt, Thörl-Maglern, Seeboden), Liechtenstein (Vaduz), Bulgaria (Sofia), and Scotland (Edinburgh). Through this Intercultural Management (ICM) program, students have the opportunity to develop their intercultural management skills and gain practical international experience. The goal of the program is to shape future multilingual leaders of intercultural teams, and with this practical internship experience, students are well-prepared to complete their BA business education, take final exams, and graduate.
