At the event, the participants had the chance to network, exchange stories and experiences from their studies, and learn about the other’s career path after completing their studies. In total, 17 students and alumni from seven IBM generations joined in Villach. The kick-off event is meant to be the first in a series of regular IBMeetUps.

On June 23, 2023 the first of its kind “IBMeetUp” took place – a casual get-together of IBM students and alumni. The purpose of the event was to strengthen the IBM community and connect current and former “IBM-ers”.
