When I reflect on my two years at CUAS, I can conclude that the experience gained not only made me develop further professional skills, but also prepared me in unpredictable ways for my career. Through a hands-on approach with incredibly supportive professors and classmates from all over the world, I was challenged to discover and learn in a way I have never experienced before. Through a variety of real life case studies, unique consulting projects, guest lectures and excursions outside of Austria, I learnt many valuable lessons, which have provided a solid foundation for my current career path.

In a small diverse group of students, I developed intercultural communication and social skills and I learnt how to be more open minded, which is important when working with people from all over the world. The combination of working together with a multinational group and gaining practical experience helped me when I was entering the start-up world, which is full of challenges, where you have more responsibilities, but also more opportunities.

While I do believe that my current employment was of great help and importance in my professional development, I also believe that my education has allowed me to develop both personally and in my business life and has given me the unique skills, which are needed in the start-up world now.

I can recommend the International Business Management master program to everyone who is looking for an international career. You will be well prepared for your first challenges entering the real working world.
