CUAS School of Management ICM Professors Present at IACCM International Conference in Napoli, Italy

Professors from the Intercultural Management (ICM) Bachelor program at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) School of Management will hold a panel at the upcoming International Association of Cross-Cultural Competence and Management (IACCM) conference on "Responsible Management: Social Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion".

A special panel discussion will focus on Cross-Border Business Education with cases from Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Italy. This panel aims to highlight the crucial role of cross-border business education in preparing business graduates to skillfully navigate the complexities of the global business landscape.

Keynote speaker, Louise Weber, a representative of the Transfrontier Euro-Institute Network (TEIN) will open the panel with a keynote address on "Fostering Intercultural Competencies with Cross-Border Collaboration." The keynote will focus on the critical role of intercultural competencies in navigating the complexities of cross-border intercultural business environments, based on two innovative examples from the Upper Rhine region, strategically positioned at the crossroads of France, Germany, and Switzerland.
