In the context of human resource management the overall aim of the course is to encourage students to reflect critically on their own leadership development and to begin to think about their individual plans as to personally identified priorities in their leadership development. Selected online activities will develop and enhance personal leadership skills by demonstrating examples of effective leadership in improving quality of care scenarios.
