The course provides a solid knowledge of analog circuit design and is a continuation of the course "Design of Analog Integrated Circuits". This includes a detailed understanding of stability and frequency compensation, noise analysis of integrated circuits, the design of operational amplifiers and other basic circuits like output buffers and bandgaps.

* Analog 1 lecture* Knowledge in the use of CAD tools is required for project work.* Basic knowledge of control theory and feedback systems.

The course offers lectures on the theory of stability and frequency compensation, on the amplifier frequency response as well as lectures on noise in integrated ciruits. Further lecture contents are the design of operational amplifiers as well as the design of basic builing blocks like bandgaps and output buffers.

Labs and homework provide the prctical part of the course.
