Students learn about the verification and evaluation methods of integrated circuits by measuring the testchip, which was designed in semester one and two, in lab.

Operation of lab equipment, e.g. oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.

In this course the testchip, which was developed during semester one (Introduction to Project) and semester two (IC Design and Implementation) is measured and evaluated in the lab.
