By the end of this course the students should:
understand and be critically aware of issues associated with managing a diverse workforce
understand how diversity impacts on the multinational organization
gain practical insight into the promotion of diversity in a multinational organization
be able to identify, develop and critically assess organizational policies and practices for managing workplace diversity in a transnational context
demonstrate theoretical understanding of literature related to managing diversity
