The project focuses on developing smart protection strategies for subalpine biodiversity through effective monitoring and management practices.In general, due to the decreasing efficiency of traditional management methods caused by resource limitations and climate-induced shifts in breeding seasons, new methods need to be compared, evaluated, and optimized for large-scale application. These methods aim to enable more precise monitoring of conservation statuses, distributions, and their changes, while also providing a critical foundation for species conservation, identifying potential threats, and evaluating the effectiveness of management measures. Our focus is on assessing the potential and conducting a pilot study on the use of passive acoustic monitoring methods as a complement to or advancement of traditional approaches.
