TIPS ON EMPOWERING POSITIVE FEELINGS THROUGH YOUR BODY

Dr. Croos-Müller, specialist in neurology, neurological medicine and psycho- and traumatherapy, developed the Body2Brain method. These are easily learnable physical exercises that immediately lead to noti-ceable emotional stabilisation, because body, brain and feelings are interconnected. Fear and palpitations, for example, often prevent you from thinking clearly. Through the body exercises, however, you can influence anxiety, panic, palpitations, lack of self-confidence.
