When I began looking for a study path, I wanted more than just a business degree — I wanted something that combined international thinking, dynamics, and meaningful human interaction. The Intercultural Management program at CUAS turned out to be exactly that.
What stood out most to me was the everyday experience of working alongside students from all over the world. It wasn't just about cultural theory — it was about learning through real, diverse perspectives. This environment challenged me to become more open-minded, adaptable, and aware of how culture influences both communication and decision-making.
What made the experience truly special was the balance between theory and hands-on learning. From international projects to language training and exchange opportunities, I was constantly challenged to step out of my comfort zone. These experiences helped me connect theory to practice and prepared me for working across borders and industries.
More than anything, ICM helped me grow not just as a student but as a person. It shaped how I approach challenges, relationships, and opportunities in a global context. For anyone who wants to combine business knowledge with cultural understanding and hands-on experience, this program is a truly valuable choice!
