This semester, we were honored to host Mr. Patrick Hanhart, a strategy consultant from Zurich, Switzerland, in our HRM class. With extensive experience delivering guest lectures at institutions like the Swiss Future Institute and in advisory and research roles, Mr. Hanhart focuses on collaborative strategy development that leverages both the collective wisdom of people and the transformative power of AI. His approach aims to create long-term value for stakeholders and society alike.
During his guest lecture in Carinthia, Austria, Mr. Hanhart explored how International HR Management is pivotal to the future of global organizations. He emphasized that HR professionals must evolve to attract and retain top talent capable of working effectively with advanced AI systems. Using real-world examples, he illustrated how AI integration can help lead international teams agilely, ensure ethical use of technology, and align organizational goals with individual aspirations—a crucial competitive edge for the future.

This activity was implemented under the "Real World Experience" RWE framework, part of the School of Management’s Strategy at CUAS. Organized within "Foundations of Human Resources Management" course, offered in the 2th semester of the BA Business Programs, taught by FH-prof.
