What I value most about my time in the Intercultural Management program at CUAS is how radically it reshaped the way I perceive the world and the people around me. Immersed in a truly multicultural classroom, I was forced to confront my assumptions, recognize the invisible biases I carried, and grapple with the complexities of human communication and cultural interpretation. These lessons have become the basis for how I navigate my current role within an international organization in Vienna.

Every decision, every conversation, and every project demands clarity, patience, and a respect for perspectives that are not my own. ICM trained me not just to manage tasks but to understand the human systems behind them, to perceive the unspoken dynamics that determine collaboration. CUAS offered more than theory. It presented opportunities to expand the mind and the self. Certifications, workshops, and practical trainings pushed me to experiment, fail, and grow in ways the classroom alone could never provide.

My exchange semester in Cologne was a true test of my independence. Living in a new city, speaking German every day, and navigating unfamiliar systems demanded that I rely on myself in ways that were uncomfortable, humbling, and ultimately empowering. It strengthened my skills, sharpened my judgment, and instilled a sense of confidence in my capacity to act decisively and thoughtfully. The connections I created, the obstacles I confronted, and the guidance I received built a foundation for both my personal and professional resilience. Looking back, CUAS opened the path toward a life and career that feel genuinely global.
