“Rui Macedo, PhD (Associate Professor- Physiotherapy, Head of Physiotherapy Department, Researcher - Center for Rehabilitation Research) and his colleagues from the Instituto Politécnico do Porto’s School of Health welcomed us. We spent a lot of time comparing the existing study programs to identify possibilities for an ongoing cooperation in the fields of education, staff and student exchanges and research. We even had our lectures in their 4th semester undergraduate physiotherapy program with the focused topics: “Treating options for chronic pain patients” (Michael Suppanz) and “Neurocentric training approaches” (Sascha Fink). We are looking forward for an ongoing cooperation.”
