Five students from Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (FH Kärnten) made it to the finals of the global competition “Unlock Your Creativity with Ogilvy: The Coca-Cola Company x Music”, hosted by Hong Kong Baptist University. Out of countless international teams, the group impressed the jury with a creative concept that combined music, culture, and emotional storytelling to promote Coca-Cola.
The diverse team — Pouriya Najafi-Sarpiri, Nina Gfrerer, Sandra Paul, Džana Pršić, and Blagica Soldo — represented FH Kärnten with distinction, turning cultural differences into a source of strength. Although they began as strangers in their first semester, their collaboration transformed into a shared rhythm of creativity and connection. Their project reflected not only one perspective, but the collective voices, beats, and stories of a truly multicultural group.
The challenge was more than a competition. Working on a real-world brief for Coca-Cola and collaborating with the renowned agency Ogilvy gave the students invaluable insights into professional branding and marketing. The experience also highlighted the importance of teamwork, resilience, and intercultural communication.
The achievement was made possible through the support and guidance of Prof. Dr. Eithne Knappitsch, Prof. Dr. Swetlana Buko, and Program Director Prof. Dr. Bernhard Guetz
