Alexander Osterwalder is the creator of the famous “Business Model Canvas”, founder of Strategyzer, bestelling author, and number 4 among the “Top 50 Management Thinkers" worldwide. In his inspiring keynote, he explained the three main ingredients for becoming an invincible company: constant reinvention, competing on superior business models, and exceeding industry boundaries.

Moreover, the representatives of two companies with highly innovative business models shared their internationalization success story. Laurence Fourguette, Commercial Assistant at Elite SA (Switzerland) explained why leasing high-quality mattresses to hotels is smarter than actually selling them. DI Rainer Strauch, CTO und Managing Director at Cree GmbH in Austria, a company which offers licenses to build houses with prefabricated modules of wood, pointed out how sustainability, knowledge-sharing and internationalization can be successfully combined.
