The main goal of the ISSCA Project was to help CiSMAT and IJL build a strong and effective international partnership, on the long term, for the joint development of IoT-type solutions, for applications in the highly promising field of "Smart Concrete". The ISSCA project helped create a synergy between the CiSMAT and IJL teams. Especially, the PHC grant made it possible, for one co-supervised PhD student (Mr. Pierre Jeltiri) to spend 5 extra weeks at IJL, and keep developing one specific part of his "Smart Concrete" solution, in the IJL clean room.
