skip_navigation - In its Code of Conduct R-01, CUAS explicitly proclaims the equality of all employees and students:
- Any form of discrimination based on ethnical affinity, religious beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability is strictly prohibited.
- Equal opportunities (EO) stands for just education as well as training opportunities for everyone at CUAS, no matter what background, gender, skin color, religious beliefs, disability/chronical disease, age, or sexual orientation. - equal treatment and anti-discrimination as key principles in appeal proceedings
- guideline R-05 Geschlechtersensible und diskriminierungsfreie Sprache (gender-sensitive and anti-discriminating language)
- special support for women when studying MINT programs as well as support for men when studying social and c aretaking programs (see guideline QM-S06 Rahmenbedingungen für Studiengangs(weiter)entwicklungen an der FH Kärnten).
- Since 2005, a Committee for Equality Issues advocates for equality in teaching and research.
- In addition, in 2016 a commissioner for equal opportunities and diversity was appointed to support (potential) students and employees.
