Here you study where others go on vacation - embedded in the beautiful nature of the Alpe-Adria region, which offers you countless leisure activities such as hiking, skiing or water sports. You can also reach Italy and Slovenia in 30 minutes and the Mediterranean in two hours.
Application for third countries ends on 15 March!
The application period for applicants from third countries to begin their studies in the winter semester 2025/2026 ends on 15 March 2025. After this date, only applications from EU countries will be possible. Nevertheless, we recommend that you apply early to secure your place.

Es ist ein Durchbruch bei der Studientitelanerkennung und wird in Zukunft, den vielen Studierenden der FH Kärnten aus Südtirol die Karriere erleichtern:
Erstmals ist es nun möglich, dass Bachelor- und Masterstudienabschlüsse von österreichischen Fachhochschulen in Italien anerkannt werden. Konkret geht es um die Bereiche Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Soziale Arbeit und Ingenieurwesen.
Quereinstieg für HTL-Absolvent*innen in das 2. oder 3. Semester

Um begabte Studierende für ein technisches Masterstudium in Kärnten zu begeistern, schreibt die FH Kärnten gemeinsam mit Firmen und Vereinen vier Stipendien zu je 8.400 Euro aus.
Das Stipendium beinhaltet:
- 1. und 2. Semester: Monatliches Stipendium von 700,00 Euro / Monat
- 3. und 4. Semester: Möglichkeit einer Teilzeitbeschäftigung (für max. 20 Wochenstunden) in einem unserer Partnerunternehmen oder im Forschungsbereich der FH Kärnten (je nach Verfügbarkeit)
- Frist für die Einreichung der Bewerbung um ein Stipendium: 30. Mai 2025.
