• digital and personal success factors in work and learning design (digital self-assessment, self-organization skills)
• design elements of an effective collaboration and meeting culture.

After completing the module, students can
• analyze their own resources for collaborative work and contribute in a strength-oriented manner according to the objective.
• analyze their own learning and working environment according to their strengths.
• analyze the phases of team development and design methods and techniques of (hybrid) collaboration to effectively improve team performance.
• define central rules and effective collaborative performance in the team.
• use selected generative AI tools.
