On successful completion of the course, students:

• Can talk about and understand more complex topics and texts related to their studies and fields of interest, including business news
• Can initiate discourse and interact more fluently and spontaneously, enabling interaction with native speakers, also in a work context on the telephone and in an interview
• Can produce clear, more complex and generally coherent and cohesive text on a wide range of topics, including writing an argumentative essay arguing for or against a particular viewpoint, explaining opinion, writing a business email and CV
• Can correct most of their own language mistakes
