The goal of the course is to learn the basic architectures and design methodologies needed to design different kinds of A/D and D/A converters using modern system and circuit level design tools.

This course offers an introduction to data converters and lectures on data converter specifications, Nyquist rate DA converters, Nyquist rate AD converters, over sampled data converters as well as on circuits for building data converters.
