On successful completion of the course, students:

  • Are able to work on organizational problems and understand human behavior in organizational contexts
  • Can apply techniques and models with which structures, processes and behavior in organizations can be analyzed and changed
  • Know the central concepts in the field of an organization. Based on the interrelationships of environment and organization, Students develop an understanding of changing economic and social conditions.
  • Can apply techniques and models with which structures, processes and behavior in organizations can be analyzed and changed
  • Develop an understanding of changing social conditions and their impact on the social system organization
  • Can carry out case study analyses and reflections of business management and labor law texts (e.g. sample service contracts) under guidance
