On successful completion of the course, students:
- Are able to work on organizational problems and understand human behavior in organizational contexts
- Can apply techniques and models with which structures, processes and behavior in organizations can be analyzed and changed
- Know the central concepts in the field of an organization. Based on the interrelationships of environment and organization, Students develop an understanding of changing economic and social conditions.
- Can apply techniques and models with which structures, processes and behavior in organizations can be analyzed and changed
- Develop an understanding of changing social conditions and their impact on the social system organization
- Can carry out case study analyses and reflections of business management and labor law texts (e.g. sample service contracts) under guidance

Reflection paper on a presentation by an external expert from the business world
Final written examination
