Students are able to

  • identify relevant problems, formulate related research questions and research objectives and select the appropriate methods for dealing with the problem.
  • develop a synopsis that meets the following requirements:
    • clear formulation of the problem in the context of the current research literature
    • demonstration of the practical relevance of the topic
    • precise and comprehensible presentation and critical discussion of the chosen methods
    • development of a coherent structure for the thesis
    • identification and delimitation of research-relevant literature

  • Development of research designs
  • Development and testing of hypotheses

The relevant specialist literature is identified by the students according to the topic, furthermore:
