Facility management includes all activities involved in the design, administration and management of large land, buildings, plants and factories, with all its facilities. It is a holistic approach that encompasses the entire life cycle of a building. As part of the course, the students learn planning methods and organizational forms in facility management and know the controlling techniques, which aim to reduce the costs for the planning, construction and management of real estate, which burden the public finances to a great extent.
