On successful completion of the course, students:

  • have gained both practical and theoretical knowledge and understanding of intercultural management and how culture influences the roles and responsibilities of the intercultural manager
  • have developed awareness of how corporate culture and organizational structures may affect business strategy
  • understand management in an intercultural context

The course will cover the following topics/content:

  • Basic concepts of culture and management
  • The roles and responsibilities of the intercultural manager
  • Critical analysis of how culture impacts management
