On successful completion of the course, students:
- have gained both practical and theoretical knowledge and understanding of intercultural management and how culture influences the roles and responsibilities of the intercultural manager
- have developed awareness of how corporate culture and organizational structures may affect business strategy
- understand management in an intercultural context
The course will cover the following topics/content:
- Basic concepts of culture and management
- The roles and responsibilities of the intercultural manager
- Critical analysis of how culture impacts management
