The students will be able to derive different implementational structures to implement linear,discrete-time system with the same overall behavior, which differ in respect to required ressoures and compexity. They will understand how finite-word length effects caused by coefficient quatisation and limited precission arithmetic can influence the overall characteristic of the system to be implemented.
Students will know the concepts of advanced filter structured, like multirate filters and adaptive filters.
