- evaluate various intercultural negotiation strategies and their effectiveness in different contexts

In this module, with respect to developing personal skills, students will:
- develop self-efficacy in an intercultural leadership context
- critically assess how culture impacts communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
- reflecton personal biases and assumptions
- recognize culture-based differences in negotiation style and apply appropriate negotiation techniques in an intercultural negotiation situation

In this module, students will acquire the following competencies related to the use of digital technologies:
- create digital content that is culturally sensitive and inclusive
- evaluate the effectiveness of various digital communication methods in maintaining clarity and cultural sensitivity in negotiations
