Graduates have experienced externally structured reflexion instances relating to their own group process of project work and are aware of the necessity of external process support. They know the necessary steps of initiation, contracting and structuring of supervision and can, from their own experience using this tool, define its relevance and effectivity.
Supervision is a central reflection tool in Social Work. On the basis of their own group processes, students experience the methodology and systematics of supervision in their corresponding settings. The starting point is the respective specific processes of the students' projects. Depending on the specific topics, the respective setting is determined: whether group, part of a group, or single person. Students work with a systematic basic understanding.
