We cordially invite you to be part of this year's Woman in Data Science (WiDS) conference on 25 April 2024 on the campus of the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences in Villach. The conference, inspired by the renowned Stanford event, offers a platform to exchange ideas with leading female experts in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI) and data science. 

You can look forward to interesting talks on the topics of "Application of Computer Vision" and "How to (ab)use Data Science". This year's programme also includes interactive workshops for the first time, which promote networking and the practical exchange of experience. The conference sees itself as a hub for dialogue between science and industry, supported by cooperation with local stakeholders.

The promotion of young talent through the 'Girls in Data Science' (GiDS) initiative is very important to us. Experience contributions from local students and take the opportunity to visit our themed exhibition during the breaks.
