The program included a wide range of activities such as SUP, kayaking, waterskiing, beach volleyball, climbing, fitness boxing, surfing, horseback riding, padel tennis, yoga, and somatic flow. A shared lunch and sundowner BBQ offered space for informal exchange and community building. The event once again highlighted the importance of movement, health, and connection at CUAS.
