While researching international programs to study abroad, I discovered ICM, which perfectly blends learning about cultures with strong business components. Choosing ICM was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thanks to the innovative and well-structured curriculum, we not only learned theoretical aspects but also gained practical experience through projects with real companies, sustainable entrepreneurship labs, where we were trained to pitch a sustainable business idea in front of judges and investors, and the Global Case Study Challenge, where we worked on real-life case studies alongside students from different universities from different parts of the world.
Moreover, having the opportunity to attend “Data Analytics” course, sponsored by Google through Coursera, helped me land an internship at a multi-national company and sharpened my ability to handle complex data and analytical thinking skills. Hence, my three years of studies were truly transformative, both personally and professionally.
Most importantly, one of the best parts of ICM was being part of an international cohort. Working closely with classmates from diverse backgrounds gave me a truly global perspective and strengthened my intercultural competence. I learned to see cultural differences as valuable assets and how to apply that understanding in professional settings. The professors and faculty were equally impactful — always supportive, open to feedback, and committed to keeping the program relevant and innovative.
To conclude, ICM not only equipped me with invaluable hard and soft skills for my professional journey but also gave me the confidence to step out of my comfort zone and the courage to face the world.
