Pierre Hohenberger receives digitalization scholarship from the province of Carinthia

On November 25, the digitalization scholarship was awarded for the eighth time to students at Carinthian universities for their outstanding scientific work on digitalization and its impact on Carinthia.

The scholarship promotes innovation and digitalization in the region and provides incentives to develop and implement new ideas. The quality of the scientific work, the significance of the findings for solving challenges in Carinthia, the degree of innovation of the findings, and the relevance to sustainability were evaluated.

Pierre Hohenberger, a graduate of Carinthia University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of “Engineering & IT”, was one of the scholarship recipients: he first completed the university entrance qualification course at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences, then graduated with honors with a bachelor's degree in systems engineering and a master's degree in systems design. His master's thesis was supervised by Prof. Christian Madritsch.

Pierre Hohenberger's master's thesis was awarded a prize of €800.
