The students should gain a profound knowledge of obstetrics-related anatomy and physiology, as well as the regular physiological processes in the woman's body. They shall be able to describe and explain the processes.

Specific anatomy and physiology of the female pelvis: pelvic floor, pelvic ligaments, innervation and blood supply
Specific anatomy and physiology of the reproductive organs, breasts, the perineum
Basics of endocrinological, neurobiological and neuroanatomical connections
