After successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
- Apply the basics and techniques of scientific work,
- Research literature in a targeted and efficient manner and to document, systematize and present the results accordingly,
- Develop a research question,
- Comprehend scientific texts, clarify, compare and prepare different points of view,
- Distinguish between different forms of scientific publications, to classify them according to their type of literature and to understand and link their essential contents,
- Critically examine sources (with a focus on the Internet),
- Apply the rules of citation used in the School of Management or in the field of study Business & Management, and
- Write a scientific paper independently
- Research question, research goal, topic limitation
- Types of literature, literature research (online and print version), paraphrasing
- Bibliography, citations
- Structure, structure of a scientific paper, table of contents (formulation of correct headings)
- Support in preparing the research report
