The students are familiar with modern analog circuit technologies. They are able to develop electronic circuits for a wide range of industrial standard measuring and control applications.

Electrical and Electronic Engineering 1, Electrical and Electronic Engineering 2, Measurement and Sensor Technology, Electronic Circuit Technology 1

Advanced analog amplifier circuit technology (amplification, linearization, operating point, four-port equivalent circuits, transfer functions and frequency response). Ideal operational amplifier (differential amplifiers, feedback, applications, active filters, positive feedback) Real OV (finite gain and input and output resistors, CMRR, temperature stabilization, offset/dynamic range, bandwidth voltage and current sources, principals of AD and DA conversion, application examples such as: power sources for 4-wire resistance and impedance measurement, temperature stabilized oscillators, evaluation of strain gauge bridge voltages (electronic scale), analog thermometer with diodes and PT100, use of instrumentation amplifiers.
