This course follows the course "Design of Digital Integrated Circuit" in semester one and serves to extend the knowledge in digital VLSI design.
Successful completion of the following ISCD courses: Digital-1, CAD, HDL and Test
The course offers lectures on special circuit styles, embedded memories, adder design, advanced issues in power consumption and in low power circuit design. The practical part includes a lab on adders and a full custom design project.
