This 3rd course in analog VLSI design and is very much application oriented. Students learn about the design of physical interfaces for high-speed data transmission systems.

The course includes lectures introducing to high-speed serial interfaces, lectures on signal integrity as well as high-speed electrical interfaces. Several problems and a design project are presented during in this course and have to be solved as homework.
