 The students
- Have knowledge of team building processes
 - are able to solve tasks effectively as a team. (Various measures such as outdoor sports activities or group exercises are used to strengthen trust and cooperation.)
 - can recognize the strengths of team members, resolve conflicts constructively and promote communication, as well as use these skills, especially during onboarding, to quickly integrate new members into the team and create a positive working atmosphere. (In this way, students are optimally prepared for teamwork in a professional environment).
 - are familiar with the basic concepts and fundamental relationships of project management and are able to apply these in project work.
 - are able to work on individual subtasks in project management in a structured manner using specific methods.
 - know the basics of team building and team management and can apply them in practical exercises
 - Know and understand the structure of their degree program, including the specific medical technology modules and electives, and the requirements for graduation.
 - know about the medical technology facilities and find their way around the laboratories.
 - can explain the specific safety regulations in the laboratories and can give an overview of the ethical guidelines.
 - can name the various research directions and current projects in the field of medical technology and describe their significance and possible applications
 - can apply sensor technology and wearables in small telehealth use cases and have their own initial experience.
 - can recognize the connections between technology and their studies, as well as classify possible areas of application.
