Students are able to use large group intervention in order to reach a shared view of reality via a change of perspective which allows the desired organizational change.
They are also able to describe different methods of large group interventions (future, change and potential development conferences, open space and world café).

They are able to decide on which type of facilitating measure is appropriate in order to make everyone in a company contribute actively and self-responsibly to the changes of the organizational system.

Efficiency of organizational conferences
Further development of organizational development and group dynamics to action learning in the form of large group interventions
Methods and principles of five types of large group conferences: future, change and potential development conferences; open space and world café
Facilitating techniques and practical work of facilitators of large group conferences
