Students have a thorough knowledge of labour and social law. They are familiar with the law regulating working hours especially working hours in hospitals. They are also familiar with collective legal sources in health and social care.

Module: Law in Healthcare 2

Current issues regarding labour law will be discussed by means of practical examples. Focus will be put on case law as well as on the input provided by the lecturer.
