I had never been in Austria before and I was a little bit worried about living in a small town like Villach, but now I could say that this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The master’s degree program of CUAS is very practically oriented. I was used to tedious theoretical classes, but here they have a totally different approach. The professors truly care about applying the knowledge into real life, with practical cases, projects and group works. They are really passionate and they have expertise in the fields that they are teaching. CUAS will give you all the necessary tools to develop your management career, and since this year you also have the option to choose between three specializations (HR, Marketing and Finances). You are surrounded by international students which enables you to study and work in an intercultural environment. They are really friendly and active; every week they organize activities, so you will always have something to do in Villach. You have lakes, you have mountains and you have nature. If I have to describe Villach in one sentence I would say: Villach is the best kept secret of Central Europe.
