"The Golden Toad" awards innovative, nature-oriented and nature-conserving construction projects

Goldene Unke

From now on, innovative, nature-oriented and nature-conserving construction projects can be submitted to FH Kärnten as part of the competition "Die Goldene Unke" (The Golden Toad).

The major goal of this award is to highlight nature conservation innovations in construction. All projects that have been successfully implemented in Carinthia in the last five years are eligible. The submission must be made by a person who was involved in the project.

The "Goldene Unke" competition contributes to the recognition of successfully implemented projects in the construction sector. It is intended to promote successful projects, providing motivation for companies to approach construction projects in a more nature-oriented and nature-friendly way. Entries can be submitted until 31 July 2021.

The "Golden Unke" will be awarded by the Provincial Councilor Sara Schaar during the Municipal Day at the ÖKOBAU trade fair in Klagenfurt.
