In a globalized world, we must try to understand other cultures to be able to take advantage of the diversity within international organizations which might allow us to reach synergies and effectiveness. To achieve it, enterprises need leadership. Without leaders it is more complicated to keep a team motivated and accomplished the goals. CUAS provides me that through an internationally program which is run by a fantastic team of professors and quite oriented towards a practical way of learning that fulfils the need of having experience to perform in the best way once you are in the business world in the highest levels.
