As part of an exciting program of presentations, the President of the Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation, Dr. Wolfgang Petritsch, will give a keynote presentation "75th Year Anniversary - The Importance of the Marshall Plan". We will provide a review, highlights and outlook on the more than 60 student research projects conducted at UAS Carinthia in the field of geoinformation since 2009, which have been very successfully carried out by Austrian and American scholarship holders* of the Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation.

The Marshall Plan projects currently carried out at UAS Carinthia will be briefly presented, furthermore 3 long-term partners from renowned US universities in Louisiana, Florida and San Diego will report on our very successful transnational research collaborations and the very exciting innovations in the field of R&D, which we were able to sustainably build up through the support of the Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation.
