Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to:

explain who acts as an entrepreneur.
describe the rights and duties of entrepreneurs and the legal consequences of a non-fulfillment of certain duties.
Introduction to Private Law
Contract and Labour Law
The lecture will focus on commercial law. The legal terms entrepreneur, commercial procuration and commercial power to negotiate are explained in detail. There will be case studies concentrating on the responsibilities of entrepreneurs. Besides there will be an introduction into the United Nations convention on the international sale of goods (CISG).
