Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
explain the most important tools of Lean Management and apply them in different company projects.
describe the main factors influencing efficient production management in the field of lean management and apply the necessary tools.
Particular focus is placed on Value Stream Mapping during project completion to emphasize the importance of overall optimization of production and quality processes.
